Hello Eagles Parents,

YETI Cooler Raffle
This season we will be conducting a season long raffle to win a Yeti cooler full of adult beverages and accessories.  We will be selling tickets through out the season at home games, Eagles Nests etc. beginning Homecoming Weekend.  The raffle will be held at the end of the year banquet. 
To help us raise some money for some pretty big expenses coming up, we are looking for donations to fill the cooler.  Bottles of wine, alcohol, beer, glasses, gift cards and accessories, etc.  Anything you can donate we will gladly accept.  There will be a bin at the POD everyday during practice to drop your donations off in.  If you have any question please contact Celestina ([email protected]) or any Director. 
We will also be participating in change wars at the concession stand.  Football v. Cheer.  All change collected goes to offsetting the cost of the item listed on the bins. 

Homecoming
Homecoming is 9/24/22.  This years theme is 60's. Look for further communication from your Coaches/ Team Managers regarding team float and run-through banner needs.   We need convertibles!  It is tradition the exiting 8th graders ride in convertibles/ jeeps/ broncos during the parade.  If you have a vehicle that fits the bill and are able to help us please contact Tami Bayus ([email protected]).

• Posters/Banners: Parents are also encouraged to make a poster/banner for their player or cheerleader to hang on the fence that day. Some families choose to make homemade posters with the player’s picture, squad, jersey number and whatever extra decorations that you'd like to add. Other families choose to have posters made at Overnight Signs & Banner on 5 Mile in Livonia/ stickerbanners.com/vistaprint.com. etc.  Please include grommets on your banners or pre punch holes so they can be hung up via zip ties.  If you need a photo of your player visit our Shutterfly site and download one. https://livoniaeagles22.shutterfly.com/

Banners need to be dropped off at the POD by 7:00 on 9/23/22.

Key Volunteer Meeting
This coming week we will meet Wednesday @ 6pm. We are still looking for Key Volunteers to join the PINK OUT committee.  If you wish to join to fulfill your volunteer spots this year please contact Lisa Minutolo or come to the meeting. ([email protected])

We will be holding an online Eagles merch pop-up shop. The shop closes on 9/18 @ 11:59pm.  Orders will not be accepted after that time.
