Practice/ Game
Due to our Sunday game (8/29) Football Practice days will be determined and announced by each squad, direct  messaging will come from the head coach. Football is only allowed up to 5 practices per week. For Sundays Game, coaches will communicate arrival times.


Player Physicals
Please check your SportsEngine account to make sure your physical got uploaded, based on our findings 35% of our unit have not uploaded physicals yet. Directions on how to upload can be found by clicking the Physical upload link.
 
Picture Day
Picture Day is Wednesday August 25, 2021 @ Bentley Field.  Football will start @ 5:00 pm and Cheer is to arrive no later than 5:45 pm.  There will be no Cheer practice afterwards, football practice will begin after Photos. Game Jerseys will be handed out this week prior to Wednesday. Please bring practice equipment and gear to change into. Issues
If you ever have any unit issues that would need to be addressed, you can contact us by e-mail ([email protected]). If your issue involves your child’s participation, or something that may (or may not) have happened with their squad, please approach your child’s Head Coach first. Please wait 24 hours (so that any emotions are removed), think about the situation, and express your concerns in a calm manner. When our children are involved, sometimes our feelings can get the better of us, and make the situation worse. After you have had a discussion with your child’s Head Coach, and if you are not satisfied with the resolution, then please contact one of the Directors.


Friday Night (Eagles Nest)
We will be fundraising this year at Eagles Nest by selling pizza, water and baked goods/ snacks.  If possible, we would really appreciate donations of cases of water/ sports drinks, snacks and baked goods to sell.  This way more money goes to the Unit and supplies for the kids.

A Few Friendly Reminders...

• No parking on Berwick Street: We ask that no one park on Berwick Street (east side of the practice field). In past years, the residents on Berwick have complained to city officials about the parking so the Eagles have agreed to not park on Berwick during our practices. Parking is available in the Bentley lot (off of five mile), the Rec Center lot (to the west) and on Jamison Street (to the south).  
• Clean Fields: Fields must be clean and completely free of litter after every practice. Parents are responsible for pickup of any water bottles or containers purchased for participant use.
• Alcohol, Tobacco & Drug Use is Prohibited: The Eagles must maintain an environment that is DRUG, TOBACCO and ALCOHOL free. Smoking, chewing tobacco, the use of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited at practice, games and on any playing fields.
• Only players & coaches on the practice field during practice. Please refrain from going on the practice fields during practice as it is a safety concern and can be distracting for the players. Please walk outside of the field or in between the lines of the field. 
• Bad Weather: In the event of bad weather, please be prepared to pick up your player. We will practice in rain, however, we will halt activities in heavy downpours. If you see lightening or hear thunder please head to the field ASAP. If players are not in their practice area, we will be under the Rec Center storm shed, located on the southeast corner of the Rec Center (between the Skating Rink, and the Skateboard Park) reachable by vehicle thru the back of the parking Lot. 
• No Players or Parents in the POD: Please contact a coach, director or the Eagles' Equipment Manager if you need anything out of the POD during practice.
